Not since 2009/10 have these sides faced each other in European Rugby’s premier competition. Back then the Munster-men claimed the spoils both home and away, however in subsequent seasons the Italians have continued to build with the likes of former English international Tom Palmer further bolstering an ever strengthening squad.
