Family Crests Feature On Munster Jersey

Last Friday evening’s Munster v London Irish game saw 23 lucky Munster supporters represented on the field with their family crests worn on the sleeve of each Munster player.

The competition was run through Munster’s official retail partner, Life Style Sports, to celebrate the launch of the new adidas Munster home and alternate kits. As well as having their family crests embroidered onto the sleeve of each player’s jersey, following the full-time whistle, each winner was presented with the game jersey from their nominated player.

The new adidas alternate jersey (below) takes a more modern approach to the provincial tartan with black, dark grey and onix colouring standing bold against the bright red of the logos and jersey numbering.
