Friday Fixtures Confirmed For Limerick WC7s

The Limerick World Club Sevens come to Thomond Park on Friday and Saturday, August 21st and 22nd. Having been drawn in Pool 2, Munster’s Friday fixtures have now been confirmed, while Friday’s itinerary will also include 15-a-side action when Connacht play Munster in pre-season action.

Joining Munster in Pool 2 of the competition are Wellington, Canadian Maples and San Francisco, with all four Irish provinces taking part in this year’s tournament. See all pools here.

As part of a packed schedule of games that involves twelve Sevens sides from around the world, Munster will take to the field at the following times on the opening day of the festival:

The already exciting weekend of rugby action was further bolstered by the news that Connacht will play their pre-season game against Munster in the stadium following the conclusion of Friday’s Sevens action – KO 7:45pm.
