See all of the event information below ahead of Munster v Exeter Chiefs at Thomond Park on Saturday in the Champions Cup round of 16 second leg (3pm).

On recognition of their Munster careers, Billy Holland and Tommy O’Donnell will be presented to the crowd at half-time of the game. With 434 appearances between them, the duo made their debuts together in 2007 and retired at the end of the 2020/21 season.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets are available to purchase here from €25 for adults and €12.50 for juniors and will be available online right up to kick-off.

A very big crowd is expected with over 20,000 people set to attend. Please ensure to download your ticket before you arrive at Thomond Park to avoid delays.

Tickets will also be available from the ticket office in the Stadium on match day from 10am. Please note that payments can be made by card only.

Gates will open at 1pm to facilitate access to the stadium.

Please note the following:

  • Please do not attend the stadium if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough, Fever, High Temperature, Sore Throat, Breathlessness, Loss/Change of sense of smell/taste or any Flu like symptoms.
  • No one will be permitted to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink/ water containers on entering the stadium.
  • Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations
  • There will be stewards and security onsite to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

HSE Contact Tracing App

Munster Rugby supports the HSE COVID Tracker app and we ask that you download this app to your device and use it while attending the stadium.

Bars & Food Concessions

Public bars and food & beverage outlets will be open in the concourses within the stadium. Additional catering will be available behind the North and South Terrace. The Club House bar (West) and Dug Out bar (East) will also be open serving food and drinks.

Flags

Munster Rugby Supporters Club members will distribute flags in advance of the game.

Match Programmes

Match programmes will be available for sale on the approach to the stadium turnstiles. Please ensure that you purchase your match programme before you go through the turnstiles. Programmes are only available through contactless payment.

Life Style Sports

The Lifestyle Sports Store in the East Stand will be open for this match.

Entertainment

Roy Buckley will join us to perform songs in tribute to the late Pete St. John. Jean Wallace and the MRSC Choir perform Stand Up and Fight before kick-off. At half-time we will welcome the U11 teams from Thurles, Tralee, Tramore, and UL Bohs.

We are also delighted to welcome Billy Holland and Tommy O’Donnell back to Thomond Park, they will join us at half time to chat about their Munster careers.

Meeting The Players

Although our squad love to interact with supporters, unfortunately due to COVID Guidelines, they will not be permitted to sign autographs or take selfies. We appreciate your understanding in relation to this.

Stadium Exit

At the end of the game, please exit the stadium via the same doorway that you used for entry. We ask that all supporters, take their time and follow the directions of the stewards when departing the stadium.
