Munster play their final home game of the United Rugby Championship regular season against Cardiff at Musgrave Park this Friday, April 29 (7.35pm).

Following the win against Ulster at the weekend Head Coach Johann van Graan talked about the return to the Cork venue saying, “We love to play there. It’s such a fantastic surface with a great crowd and we just love playing there.

“The pavilions make a lot of noise, and we can’t wait to finish up our home regular season against a very good Cardiff team.

“Munster Cardiff games over the last few years have been very tense and close and it will be another battle on Friday night.”

The final run-in is certainly heating up with the battle for places at its most competitive with only four points separating the 2nd and 8th placed teams.  Munster moved up to third in the table following the key round 16 interprovincial win against Ulster on Friday night.
