New Logo For The MRSC

The new MRSC logo incorporates the Munster Rugby logo.
The Munster Rugby Supporters Club unveiled their new logo last week, incorporating the Munster Rugby logo, to complete a journey first started in 1999.
The club will also rebrand their two tiers of membership with “Full” membership now becoming “The First 15” and associate becoming “The 23”.
MRSC Chairman Mark Meehan explained the moves: “We are very proud of our history as a supporters club, and we are very proud of our role within Munster Rugby. The Munster Rugby badge is what we all want to wear and represent, and this move cements our unique relationship our supporters have with our Team and Province. We also wanted to make our membership offerings more rugby-centric and closer aligned with all our supporters.”
The new logo will take pride of place across all MRSC channels and will feature on all MRSC gifts and materials, a key move that will help to grow the club as Meehan explained.
“Growth is something we are targeting this year; we have thankfully come out of lockdowns and empty stadia and have experienced some fantastic matches this season. We believe this move will enable our club to continue to grow in the future. We’ve really seen what our supporters club means to Munster Rugby this season and we only want to strengthen that in the coming years.”
Munster Rugby Head of Commercial and Marketing Dave Kavanagh expressed his happiness with the move:
“The MRSC is integral to what we do in Munster Rugby and this move only highlights that further. We’re very proud of the ongoing work we do with the MRSC and the support our members show every single week is the bedrock of the club. We’re always looking to develop and evolve the MRSC, with the help of the Committee, and we believe this new iteration of the MRSC logo brings them closer to the Club in terms of a visual representation and will only enhance what we can offer to our most committed supporters.”
