Munster begin their 2022/23 BKT United Rugby Championship with a tough trip to Cardiff on Saturday afternoon (3.05pm, live on RTÉ 2, Premier Sport, BBC Wales, SuperSport and URC TV).
Munster A are also in action on Saturday as they face Connacht on the UL 4G pitch at 1.30pm.
The squad trained at the HPC today ahead of the double-header with the best pics below.
There was a special guest at training today as American singer-songwriter, and presumable Munster fanatic, Garth Brooks made a surprise visit to see the squad in UL.
