Munster Rugby & Fleming Medical Renew Partnership

Fleming Medical are delighted to announce the continuation of their successful partnership with Munster Rugby for another three years.

Since 2018, Fleming Medical has teamed up with Munster Rugby as their Official Medical and Sports Therapy Partner with our Medicare First Aid and Physiologix Sports Therapy products.

Munster Rugby Head of Commercial and Marketing Dave Kavanagh said: “We are very happy to have Fleming Medical renew their partnership with the Club.

“Their support and product set contributes significantly towards the medical care delivered to our players by the medical staff.

“Partnering with a Munster-based strong family business could not be more appropriate for Munster Rugby and it truly feels like they are a part of our club, such is their enthusiasm and endeavour around all things Munster Rugby.

“We look forward to continuing the journey with them into forthcoming seasons.”

Being a Limerick-based and family-run company since 1985, Fleming Medical has supported and been supported by local businesses and sports teams, so the collaboration with Munster Rugby has always been a meaningful one.

Bobby Fleming, Business Developer Manager at Fleming Medical, spoke of the strong relationship with Munster Rugby: “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Munster Rugby after five successful years together so far.

“Our Medicare and Physiologix brands have provided medical and sports injury support for Munster Rugby since 2018. It is an honour to support the ‘Red Army’ through campaigns and triumphs, and most pleasing to celebrate the recent URC success.

“We are grateful that Munster Rugby share the same family values as Fleming Medical and we look forward to many successful days ahead. We are excited to continue our proud support of Munster Rugby on and off the pitch as Official Medical and Sports Injury partner for years to come.”

Over the past few years, the partnership has seen the naming of the Physiologix Treatment Room in the Munster Rugby High Performance Centre at the University of Limerick, and collaboration with Fleming Medical’s New Product Development team.
