Munster lost to Gloucester, 19-33, at Virgin Media Park in Cork in the second of two pre-season friendlies.
There were Munster tries from Liam Coombes, Academy back-row forward Ruadhán Quinn and Academy scrum-half Jack Oliver, with Billy Burns adding two conversions.
