Match Tickets
This fixture is sold out. Please do not attend the stadium without a valid match ticket.
For those attending, Gates will open at 6:05pm to facilitate access to the stadium.
Turnstiles
There are turnstiles on both sides of the stadium so you can enter easily no matter where you are coming from. Sundays Well (Tramore Road) & Dolphin Gate (Pearse Road). Please follow the instructions of stewards at the stadium entry points.

1. Sign into your Ticket account https://am.ticketmaster.com/Munster/
2. Tap into ‘My Events’ to view your order.
3. Add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet, then just tap and go to get in at the gate.
Tap and go is now available with Apple Wallet & Google Wallet.
4. Google Pay. Note, barcodes will not be visible once the ticket(s) is added to your Apple Wallet.
5. On Match Day, to access the Stadium simply scan your ticket by holding the back of your smartphone near the NFC reader at the turnstile or scan the rotating barcode (if you have accessed your ticket via Account Manager) at the scanner. It really is that simple!
6. If you are unable to “Add to Wallet” or your pass is disabled – Don’t worry, you can still scan the rotating\animated barcode within your ticket account at the venue but please remember, screenshots are no longer permitted for access to the stadium.

Stand Tickets
Please note that seating in the stand is UNRESERVED. If you have a West Stand ticket, please sit in the nearest available seat and avoid leaving empty seats in the middle of rows. Please follow the directions of the stewards on duty
Information & Welcome Committee
Gates open 6:05pm. Turnstiles in operation both Dolphin Gate & Sunday’s Well Gate.
Our knowledgeable Welcome Committee will be able to help you with any questions you may have about the game, the stadium and the events of the day. Keep an eye out for their bright yellow jackets. They will be located around the entrances and inside the grounds.
Match Programmes will be on sale for €5 inside the grounds.
Food concessions inside the ground will also serve a variety of hot food to supporters.
Virgin Media are pleased to offer complimentary tea or coffee (non-transferable) from our food kiosks to supporters on match day. This is available on a first come first served basis and subject to availability. Virgin Media. Supporting Munster Rugby as proudly as you.
The Virgin Media FanZone will be available for supporters inside the turnstiles at the Dolphin Entrance and our mascot Oscar will be there to greet our younger supporters.
Munster Rugby Supporter Club members will distribute flags in advance of the game.
Match day entertainment
We will have Red FMs Little Heroes on pitch to form our Guard of Honour and welcome the teams onto the pitch.
We are delighted to welcome Emma Nash to Virgin Media Park to lead us in Stand Up and Fight and at half-time, we welcome the Bank of Ireland half-time U11 minis from Thurles RFC and Tralee RFC.
We will also have the Virgin Media Conversion Challenge on pitch at half time.
With thanks to our friends at Flyshannon.ie, our selfie wall will be in action with return flights to Maderia up for grabs. To win, all you have to do is scan the QR code on screen or in the match day programme and upload your selfie.

We are calling on our fans to help us make Virgin Media Park twinkle on Friday night by participating in our mobile phone powered Light Show.

· Accept the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ when prompted on screen.
· Follow the on-screen prompts to enable microphone and camera permissions in the app.
· Listen out for an announcement in the stadium that the Light Show is about to begin
· Open the app, point your phone camera towards the pitch, and let us take care of the rest

Traffic and Travel
Supporters attending Virgin Media Park on Friday night are advised that our neighbours Cork City FC have a home fixture in Turners Cross with a 19:45 kick-off. Supporters should allow additional time to travel to the stadium as there is extra traffic expected.
On foot
The stadium is well served by public transport but is also only a 35-minute walk from the city centre. Plan your journey by checking your travel providers website for all of the latest information ahead of your day.
By car
There is no parking at Virgin Media Park, however match attendees are welcome to park in the Black Ash Park & Ride which will remain open until 11:00 pm on Friday night to cater for supporters, free of charge.
In order to redeem your free parking, please show your match ticket at the reception area in the Black Ash either before or after the game. The car park is a short walk from Virgin Media Park.
Please note any cars blocking entrances will be towed as Virgin Media Park is located in a residential area, we request that you respect the local residents at all times, and please follow the directions of the stewards on surrounding roads.
By train
Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding the train. You can either use the ticket vending machines at train stations or pre-purchase tickets on Irishrail.com. To walk to the stadium from the station is approx. 45minutes or 8 minutes by car (depending on traffic)
By bus
Coming from the city centre, the 203 bus from Patrick Street stops at Virgin Media Park on the Pearse Road end.
