The Ireland U20s make a welcome return to Virgin Media Park on Friday night against France U20s at 8pm.

Match Tickets

This game is now SOLD OUT! Please do not attend the stadium without a valid ticket.

Gates will open at 6:30pm to facilitate access to the stadium.

Turnstiles

There are turnstiles on both sides of the stadium, at Sundays Well (Tramore Road) & Dolphin Gate (Pearse Road), so you can enter easily no matter where you are coming from.

Game- day is right around the corner and we want to help provide a few important reminders to make your stadium entry easier. With SafeTix™ Your Phone Is Your Ticket

1. Sign into your Ticket account https://am.ticketmaster.com/Munster/

2. Tap into ‘My Events’ to view your order.

3. Add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet, then just tap and go to get in at the gate.

Tap and go is now available with Apple Wallet & Google Wallet.

4. Google Pay. Note, barcodes will not be visible once the ticket(s) is added to your Apple Wallet.

5. On Match Day, to access the Stadium simply scan your ticket by holding the back of your smartphone near the NFC reader at the turnstile or scan the rotating barcode (if you have accessed your ticket via Account Manager) at the scanner. It really is that simple!

6. If you are unable to “Add to Wallet” or your pass is disabled – Don’t worry, you can still scan the rotating\animated barcode within your ticket account at the venue but please remember, screenshots are no longer permitted for access to the stadium.

Heading to the game with friends or family?

Now’s the time to transfer tickets so everyone can enter on their own. You can explore the venue, check out the concessions, and you can meet at your seats.

Stadium Information

IRFU Match Programmes will also be on sale for €5 inside the grounds.

Please note that payments can be made by cash only.

Food concessions inside the ground will also serve a variety of hot food to supporters.

Stand Tickets

If you have a West Stand ticket, please sit in the nearest available seat as the stand is unreserved seating. Please follow the directions of the stewards on duty.

Information & Welcome Committee

Our knowledgeable welcome committee Crew will be able to help you with any questions you may have about the game, the stadium and the events of the day.

Keep an eye out for their bright yellow jackets. They will be located around the entrances and inside the grounds and they will also be handing out some branded PWC beanie hats!

Match day entertainment

We are delighted to welcome Jean Wallace to Virgin Media Park to lead us in the Anthems and at half-time, we welcome our half-time u11 minis from Youghal RFC and Waterpark RFC.

We are calling on our fans to help us make Virgin Media Park twinkle on Friday night by participating in our mobile phone powered Light Show.

· Accept the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ when prompted on screen.

We will consider all requests for PA announcements and ‘shout-outs’ which can be sent to info@munsterrugby.ie . However, it is at the discretion of IRFU and Munster Rugby whether we are in a position, time permitting, to read them all out.

Getting to Virgin Media Park (Traffic & Travel)

Supporters attending Virgin Media Park on Friday night are advised that our neighbours Cork City FC have a home fixture in Turners Cross with a 19:45 kick-off. Supporters should allow additional time to travel to the stadium as there is extra traffic expected.

On foot

The stadium is well served by public transport but is also a and is only a 35-minute walk from the city centre. Plan your journey by checking your travel providers website for all of the latest information ahead of your day.

By car

There is no parking at Virgin Media Park, however match attendees are welcome to park in the Black Ash Park & Ride which will remain open until 11:00 pm on Friday night to cater for supporters, free of charge.

In order to redeem your free parking, please show your match ticket at the reception area in the Black Ash either before or after the game. The car park is a short walk from Virgin Media Park.

Please note any cars blocking entrances will be towed as Virgin Media Park is located in a residential area, we request that you respect the local residents at all times, and please follow the directions of the stewards on surrounding roads.

By train

Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding the train. You can either use the ticket vending machines at train stations or pre-purchase tickets on Irishrail.com. To walk to the stadium from the station is approx. 45minutes or 8 minutes by car (depending on traffic).

By bus

Coming from the city centre, the 203 bus from Patrick Street stops at Virgin Media Park on the Pearse Road end.
