MRSC Season Membership Renewals | All You Need To Know

The 2025/26 MRSC Season Membership renewal will open from 10AM on Thursday April 24^th. Log into your account here to renew.

For the first time in nine seasons, Munster Rugby will implement a general across-the-board increase in pricing for season tickets. Season Ticket price increases will reflect an average increase in match day ticketing prices of 12.5%.  This will mean a varying increase in price across all categories of season tickets.

The ticket price increase aims to strike a balance between keeping tickets as affordable as possible for supporters and to help Munster Rugby manage rising operational costs.

Rob Shanahan, Chairman of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club, said: “We’ve always worked hard to ensure that we deliver the best possible value to you, our dedicated members.

“For the past eight seasons, we’ve been proud to offer a range of benefits without any significant increase in membership. We know how much you care about your support for Munster Rugby and we’ve done everything we can to ensure that your membership remains as affordable as possible, that the value of your membership remains as strong as ever and the many benefits continue to enhance your connection with the team and the wider Munster community.

“Your membership ensures you have a 25% discount off the price of regular tickets and that you have three payment options available to you along with a vast number of other benefits and having this discount and flexibility is something we are proud to continue to offer all of our members.

“We recognise increases are challenging, but they are an essential step in ensuring the ongoing success and growth of Munster Rugby and the MRSC, and we truly believe it will continue to support the unforgettable atmosphere that makes our supporters club so special. This was so evident in La Rochelle recently.

Dave Kavanagh, Head of Commercial and Marketing at Munster Rugby said: “We are hugely grateful to all of our MRSC members, who continue to support the team year in and year out, and who are the backbone of our club. For next season, we’ve worked hard to deliver season membership and ticket packages which still represent some of the best value season tickets in Ireland, but which also help us manage an increasing cost base across the board.

“We fully appreciate that prices are rising everywhere and all households and individuals are facing increasing costs. However, we have not implemented a general across the board price rise in match tickets and season tickets for at least nine seasons. While our aim is to consistently offer our supporters the best value, it has become increasingly challenging for us to maintain our prices while other costs continue to rise around us.

“Even with the price increases, the top level season ticket, a Category A full season ticket, means the average match price is still less than €40 per game for an adult, while a Junior Terrace season ticket holder can attend up to 11 matches for a mere €3.18 per match.  

“We believe we have found the best balance between affordability for our supporters and ensuring we can continue to invest in every aspect of the Club from our academy right through to our senior team.”

In addition to a pricing change, Munster Rugby will also implement some other notable and historic changes for the 25/26 season.

• An EPCR pool game being held at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh in Cork for the first time ever.
• An additional URC game being staged in Thomond Park.
• Last season’s 8 Game Thomond Park season ticket will move to a 9 Game season ticket with all season ticket members being the first to get their seats for the EPCR fixture at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh . Current East/West Terrace Season Ticket Holders will be automatically assigned a Category C seat in SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh and given an option to upgrade ahead of the fixture.
• Last Season’s 8 Game Dual Venue Ticket will move to a 7 Game Dual Venue Ticket.
• “Associate Membership” of the MRSC will be reconfigured as “MRSC Season Membership” with a new price and new benefits offered, including one complimentary URC match ticket (excluding Leinster)
• A new entry-level season membership with limited URC matches included will be introduced in due course.

The three options for MRSC members to renew their current season memberships are:

11 Game Full Season Membership:

• 7 URC games at Thomond Park (including all three inter-pro fixtures in Limerick).
• 2 URC games at Virgin Media Park.
• 1 EPCR pool game at Thomond Park.
• 1 EPCR pool game at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

9 Game Season Membership (previously 8 game Thomond Park)

• 7 URC games at Thomond Park (including all three inter-pros in Limerick)
• 1 EPCR pool game at Thomond Park.
• 1 EPCR pool game at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

7 Game Season Membership (previously 8 game Dual Pack)

• 3 URC inter-pro games at Thomond Park.
• 2 URC games at Virgin Media Park.
• 1 EPCR game at Thomond Park.
• 1 EPCR game at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

The pricing structure for your Season memberships is below.

Please note, this price includes your unchanged MRSC membership rate of €55 and your 25% discount on all match tickets within your season ticket versus the game-by-game prices.

A Ticketmaster service charge of €5.50 also .

Associate Membership Changes

MRSC Associate Membership will also see significant changes for season 25/26 with a move to align all membership levels. Current associate members can renew their membership from April 29^th to the newly designated MRSC membership. The price of this membership will be the same as current MRSC Full Membership of €55. The new Membership will include a complimentary URC match ticket which can be redeemed during the season (excludes the Leinster inter-pro fixture in Thomond Park).

Overseas Members

Overseas membership for 25/26 will now align with all current membership tiers and the option will be provided to move to a different Season Membership tier.

Season Ticket Renewal Timelines

Please note, all dates operate with a 10AM start and 4PM finish on weekdays only. We will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during this .

Thursday 24th April 10am – Friday 9th May 4pm

All members can renew their current season membership during this window. Associate members can renew their membership during this time and can also upgrade to a full membership and purchase a season ticket from available seats.

Tuesday 13th May 10am – Tuesday 20th May 4PM

Members who have renewed their season tickets for season 2025/26 can choose to move seats or terrace places from those left over from the original renewal phase.

Thursday 22nd May 10am

General open / public sale for new Season Memberships.

Payment options

As per previous years, three different payment options will be made available to existing and new season ticket holders.

Option 1: Full Payment upfront on renewal date 24th April- 9th May.

Option 2: Staged payments as follows:

STAGED PAYMENT (OVER 6 MONTHS):

• 1st Payment​ At the time of renewal​
• 2nd Payment     3rd June
• 3rd Payment      1st  July
• 4th Payment      5th August
• 5th Payment      2nd September
• 6th Payment      7th October

Option 3:

50/50 deferred payment option with the first payment due on renewal date in April 2025 and the second payment due in August 2025.

*Please note you will need to have 2 step verification set up with your bank to complete online transactions, please check with your bank to ensure you are set up for this process. Please note whatever card you use for the first instalment will be used for all instalments. Please ensure your card will remain in date for the period of the installation process.

How to renew

From April 24th, you can log onto your MRSC ticket account and renew your membership and season ticket.

The easiest and quickest way to renew is via your MRSC ticket account. Log in at the link here from April 24th to make payment on the ‘My invoices’ section.
