Ticket & Matchday Information | Barbarians Double-Header

The latest ticket, travel and matchday information for the historic double-header of Barbarians matches with the Baa-baas men’s and women’s sides facing Tonga and Munster respectively on Friday.

Munster Women v Barbarians Women, 4:45pm;

Barbarians v Tonga, 7:30pm;

Tickets

Tickets for the double-header are available from €15 for adults and €10 for juniors and can be purchased online. The ticket office in Thomond Park has also been open from 9am.

Stadium Information

Open from 4pm, make our brand new covered Pavilion on the Fan Zone your pre-match meeting point. You can soak up the atmosphere in the Guinness Dug Out Bar and enjoy great food in the Fan Zone.

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 4pm with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time. Please note that only the East Stand and East Terrace will be open for this fixture.

‘Tap and go’ – Contactless payments are now available throughout Thomond Park for amounts up to €30. The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium with the East Stand store open from 12:00, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand also open from 12:00.

Please note:

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Traffic & Travel

Trains

Irish Rail have services from both Dublin and Cork to Limerick on the day of the match.

Please note that Irish Rail services may be impacted by strike action and supporters should consult with Irish rail before booking. Full details of train times and fares available at www.irishrail.ie.

Buses

Public bus services run to Limerick on the day of the match. Full details of times and fares are available here.

The public bus service (Bus Eireann) from Henry Street (bus no. 302) runs every 20 minutes to Thomond Park.

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Broadcaster

There is no TV broadcaster for these fixtures, both games will be live streamed on www.punditarena.com.
