Since landing in Cape Town on Tuesday, it has been a busy few days for the Munster squad as the team prepare for our Guinness PRO14 clash against Southern Kings at Outeniqua Park, George tomorrow (7.35pm/6.35pm Irish – live on TG4).

After their first training session of the week on Wednesday, the squad were in the gym yesterday before travelling to George from Cape Town for the Captain’s Run today.
