New Dates For High Performance Leadership Programme

The High Performance Leadership porgramme is held at Munster Rugby's High Performance Centre in Limerick.
The world class High Performance Leadership Programme, held at Munster Rugby’s High Performance Centre, returns next year with three new programmes confirmed for early 2020.
In partnership with University of Limerick, Munster Rugby take the know-how of preparing our players to be resilient, high performing leaders on the pitch and transfer these skills to the boardrooms and management teams of Ireland, the UK and beyond.
Designed for Senior Management, the 2.5 day programme is limited to 12 attendees from across the business spectrum.
It takes you through four key areas to understanding what you need to be a resilient, high performing leader in your organisation: Authentic Leadership, Energy Management, Personal Balance and Alignment & Energy Management.
We give you feedback from all aspects of your life to help you understand how you can make the step up.
Rugby knowledge isn’t a requirement in the slightest – you’re the focus, not sport.
The course retails at €4,900 ex VAT and includes accommodation, meals, transport within Ireland if travelling from abroad, your Munster kit and your energy monitoring watch.
