7 Munster Players In Ireland Clubs Squad

Seven Munster-based players have been named in the Ireland Clubs squad to face France in the historic club international at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday night (ko 8pm).

Three Cork Constitution players are in the starting XV. Hooker Andrew O'Driscoll keeps his place and Darragh Lyons remains at out-half with tighthead prop Ger Sweeney coming into the side.

Garryowen duo Eddie Rossiter and Peter O'Shea are named amongst the replacements along with Cashel's Seán Walsh and Cork Con's experienced scrum-half Gerry Hurley.

Tickets for the game are available from ticketmaster.ie while supporters attending the RBS 6 Nations game beforehand are encouraged to stay on and enjoy the cream of Irish club rugby in action.

Head coach Paul Cunningham has made a number of changes to the team that lost narrowly to Scotland last weekend.

Kevin McGrath of Skerries starts on the left wing while Blackrock's Sean Coughlan comes in on the right wing.

Angus Lloyd from Dublin University starts at scrumhalf. Hurley, who was a late withdrawal last week is in the replacements.

The Ireland team will wear their club socks for the match, marking the contribution that club rugby has made to the game in Ireland.
