A Busy Summer Awaits For The Girls Under-18 Squad

The Munster Girls under-18 squad begin preparations for busy season ahead

With the summer growing ever closer Damien Hicks, Women’s Rugby Development Officer, and his team of coaches are kicking training up a notch for their under-18s as they prepare for a summer of development camps, in house games and a summer Interprovincial Championship.

But first the girls are back on the road to Dublin this weekend as they compete in the final round of the Interpros 7s Series.

Once this weekend ends the girls will then take a break for the month of June to allow those to sit exams.

But once June ends the hard work starts all over again.

We spoke with Damien and under-18 player Mia Hennelly about how the team has improved and what is next for them this season.
