Age-Grade Clubs Player Development Programme

The Munster Rugby Development Department are set to host their in-season player development programme in Irish Independent Park and Garryowen FC this coming Monday, 8 October.

The programme continues to focus on developing selected club players with the key skills of the game, emphasising good practice and effective understanding of the four cornerstones of the game, including catch-pass, tackle, breakdown and continuity skills.

The programme also focuses on athletic performance principles, including performance analysis and nutrition.

The coach and player development officers (CPDO) lead the programme and coaches of age-grade and adult rugby are always very welcome to view the sessions and discuss session content with the CPDO’s each evening.
