Munster take on Leinster in the final of this season’s Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship in Kingspan Stadium this Saturday (KO 4.15pm).

Munster secured three consecutive bonus point victories in the first three rounds over Ulster, Leinster and Connacht and will hope that good form continues when they face a strong Leinster side in the decider.

The match forms part of a double-header with the 3rd/4th place playoff between Ulster and Connacht preceding the final.

Munster go into this fixture with a bonus point 29-24 win from their game against Connacht with Munster scoring five tries at Dexcom Stadium.

Seven players have made their debuts for Munster across the opening two games; Michelle O’Driscoll, Lucia Linn, Emma Dunican, Annakate Cournane, Ciara McLoughlin, Ciara O’Dwyer and Caitriona Finn.

Last season, Leinster beat Munster in the Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship final at Virgin Media Park.

Following Leinster’s loss to Munster earlier in the campaign, they secured their final spot with a win over Ulster at the Kingspan Stadium last weekend.
