Big Success At Munster Colleges Blitz

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Colleges Blitz day at Waterford IT with over 150 third level students from five Colleges taking part.
Two categories of rugby events were held which included mixed tag rugby and 10 a-side.
The Garda College were among the competitiors as they took part in the competition for the first time in a number of years.
Tralee IT ran out winners of the tag competition after they edged out Limerick IT in a closely contested final.
Hosts Waterford IT ran out winners in the 10-a-side competition after beating Cork IT, the Garda College and Limerick IT.
Munster Rugby would like to thank all Colleges for their participation in what was a great day of rugby and also Waterford IT for the use of their excellent facilities.
