Big Turnout At Clonmel Coaching Course

The Munster Rugby Coach Development Department held a very successful Mini Coaching Course in Clonmel RFC last weekend.

Over 30 coaches from around the area attended the Mini Course and the feedback from the participants has been very positive.

The two-day course is specifically designed for coaches of Mini rugby (6-12yrs) where players are being introduced to rugby for the first time and participating in games of reduced numbers (8's, 10's and 12-a-side).

The Munster Rugby Coach Development and community staff look forward to continuing to support these coaches in their clubs and schools.

Coaches from Cashel, Galbally, Thurles, Carrick-on-Suir, Clonmel, Kilfeacle, Clanwilliam and Fethard and District participated in the course.

Munster Rugby would like to thank all the excellent support tutors who assisted in making these courses so successful.

There will be more Coaching Courses coming up in the new year and the dates and venues will be announced shortly.
