BOI Munster U16 & U18 Clubs Reach Final Stages

Bruff progressed to the Bank Of Ireland Munster U18 Clubs Cup final today following a 5-0 victory over Dolphin.

Dungarvan overcame Cashel 20-0, also today, to secure a semi final place. They host fellow Waterford side Waterpark next Saturday 12th March as they bid to join Bruff in the final.

Waterpark U16s will defend their Cup title following a 21-6 semi final win over Ennis this weekend. They face West Cork side, Bandon, who secured a narrow 3-0 win over Bruff in the other semi final.

BOI Munster U18/U16 Bowl

Kanturk defeated Douglas-Carrigaline 20-19 this weekend to qualify for the semi final of the BOI Munster U18 Bowl competition. They will host Waterford City next Saturday as they look to secure a place in the final.

An impressive 50-7 win for Ballincollig over Fermoy guaranteed a semi final place for the Cork side. They travel to Listowel next weekend with the winners securing the second place in the final.

The BOI Munster U16 Bowl will see Cork side Muskerry in the final following a narrow 13-12 win over travelling side Thurles. They will face the winners of Kilfeacle & District or Thomond in the final.

BOI Munster U18/U16 Plate

The two BOI Munster U18 Plate semi finals took place this weekend. Old Christians booked their spot by defeating Killarney/Castleisland 32-10 while Tralee overcame Young Munster 17-14 to set up an exciting final between the Cork and Kerry representatives.

West Cork sides Clonakilty and Bantry Bay battled it out today to secure a place in the final of the BOI Munster 16 Plate. Clonakilty defeated their neighbours 21-14 and will meet the winners of the second semi final between Kinsale and Richmond-St Marys-Shannon.
