Breakdown Workshop At Cashel RFC

Munster Rugby recently held a breakdown workshop for 12 coaches at Cashel RFC.

The main theme of the evening was ‘Life of the Ball’ at stages 2 & 3.

Coaches interacted throughout the session followed by a debrief by Munster Coach Development Officer Brendan O’Connor for general feedback and an option trouble shoot ideas.
