Bruff Finish Division 1B Campaign With A Victory

Already relegated Bruff went down with distinction from Division 1B of the Ulster Bank League when they finished their campaign with a well deserved win against Buccaneers at Kilballyowen Park

Three penalties by Brian Carroll in the first half-had Bruff 9-0 in front but a try by Tim Clifford kept the visitors very much in touch.

Robbie Finn had a Bruff try and Brian Carroll kicked his fourth penalty to extend Bruff’s lead to 17-5. Mike Carroll followed up with a second try for Bruff which Brian Carroll added the extras, to make Bruff safe.

Ross Mooney had a late try for Buccaneers which Callum Boland converted.
