Carrigaline Schools Blitz Day
29th March 2011 By Munster Rugby

Over three hundred boys and girls recently took part in a National Schools Blitz at the Carrigaline RFC grounds.
Schools from Passage, Shanbally, Ballygarvan and Carrigaline took part on the day and have all received “Play Rugby” equipment packs containing balls, cones, bibs and tag belts.
All matches were refereed by coaches from Carrigaline RFC and participants from the FAS Cork Community Rugby training initiative.
The day was a great success and special thanks must go to Vincent O’Leary, Carrigaline RFC Development Officer and Carrigaline RFC for organising the event.
