Castleisland RFC Develop Underage Player & Coach Defence Systems

Castleisland U16 took part in a player & coach defence workshop
The Munster Rugby Development Department held a player and coach defence workshop at Castleisland RFC earlier this month.
The aim of the workshop was to develop a players’ understanding of and a coaches’ ability to communicate the key rugby cornerstone of defence.
Castleisland U14 and U16 squads provided players for coaches to work with via a series of drills, facilitated by club coach, Bill Horgan.
Munster Rugby Development Officer, Euan Gee, and Coach & Player Development Officer, Fiach O’Loughlin, were both on hand throughout the session.
