CBS Thurles Celebrate First Ever Rugby Game

Monday was a special day for CBS Thurles as the secondary school participated in its first ever rugby match.
CBS Thurles took on their Tipperary neighbours CBS High School Clonmel in an U14 match on Monday.
The 1st year students in CBS Thurles have been coached by PJ Mulcahy and assisted by East Munster Participation Lead Ólan Daly in recent weeks.
The school will take part in the Emerging School programme in the new year where they will have the opportunity to play more games in different formats.
