Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup Action Returns

The Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup competition returns this week with first round matches taking place at Irish Independent Park and Thomond Park.

High School Clonmel CBS and Bandon Grammar School meet at Irish Independent Park tomorrow, Tuesday 29 January, in a repeat of last week’s Schools Senior Cup fixture (kick-off 2pm).

Crescent College Comprehensive and Glenstal Abbey School go head-to-head at Thomond Park on Wednesday 30 January, kick-off 2pm.

The two winners of the first round matches in the Junior competition will progress into the last-eight stage with the teams getting a home draw.

The Junior Cup quarter-finals will be played during the week beginning February 25 with the last-four stage scheduled for the week commencing March 11.

The Junior Cup final is set for the week beginning March 25.
