The date and venues for this year’s Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup semi-finals have been confirmed.

The two semi-finals will take place on Wednesday 21 February with St Munchin’s College and PBC meeting at Tom Clifford Park, while Bandon Grammar and CBC battle it out for a spot in the final at Cork Constitution FC.

A total of three Cork schools complete the line-up for the semi-finals following away victories in the competition.

Bandon Grammar caused the shock of the quarter-finals with a 17-14 defeat of Castletroy College following a dramatic last-minute penalty.

Holders CBC made it through to the last four with a win over Rockwell College at Clanwilliam Park.

St Munchin’s pushed past St Clement’s 60-6 on the back pitch of Thomond Park.

PBC proved too strong for Crescent College Comprehensive in their quarter-final encounter at UL.

The final of the Junior Cup is scheduled during the week beginning 5 March.
