Clonakilty RFC Workshop

Munster Rugby recently held a coaching workshop in Clonakilty RFC.

The workshop was practical based and Clonakilty’s U17 players were on hand to participate in the activities.

It focussed on the game sense approach to coaching and the benefits of the collective/reduced approach. The session also incorporated breakdown techniques, decision making, continuity and the use of the axis group in general movement.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Clonakilty RFC for facilitating the workshop and the coaches and players in attendance on the night.
