Club Community Rugby Officers Increase Personal Impact

Munster Rugby Club Community Rugby Officers attended a CPD workshop at Irish Independent Park earlier this week.

The workshop focused on ‘Increasing Personal Impact’ with Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, Paddy Lavelle, providing an insight into the development topic on behalf of the IRFU.

The day acted as part of an upskilling programme for the CCROs, who travel across the province to work with Munster Rugby development programmes within clubs and schools on a daily basis.

Munster’s Participation Programme Co-ordinator, Ray Gadsden, facilitated the CPD workshop with Lavelle tutoring the CCROs via a series of workshop presentations and classroom exercises.
