CCROs Increase Effective Communication

Munster Rugby Club Community Rugby Officers recently attended a CPD workshop at Ballincollig RFC, Cork.

The workshop focused on ‘How To Communicate With Confidence’ with Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, Paddy Lavelle, and IRFU Rugby Programmes Officer, Colm Finnegan, providing an insight into the development topic.

The day acted as part of an upskilling programme for the CCROs, who travel across the province to work with Munster Rugby development programmes within clubs and schools on a daily basis.

Munster’s Participation Programme Co-ordinator, Ray Gadsden, facilitated the CPD workshop with Lavelle and Finnegan tutoring the CCROs via a series of workshop presentations and classroom exercises.

The workshop was the third in a series of training days held throughout the season to support Munster Rugby development staff.
