Club Notes: Sunday’s Well Appoint Denis Hurley As Head Coach

Denis Hurley has been appointed to the role of head coach of Sunday's Well RFC's senior team.

This week’s club notes come from Sunday’s Well RFC and the announcement of former Munster and Ireland international Denis Hurley as the club’s new senior head coach.

Sunday’s Well RFC are delighted to announce that Denis Hurley of Munster and Ireland has been appointed to the position of Head Coach to the Senior Team for 2021.

Denis brings with him a wealth of experience; the club is looking forward to Denis and his coaching staff taking over the reins on the field when restrictions allow.

Denis Hurley made his final Munster appearance away to Stade Francais in January 2016 and amassed 166 caps where he helped the province to a Heineken Cup title in 2008, PRO12 titles in 2009 and 2011, and a famous win over Australia at Thomond Park in 2010.
