Coaching Workshop At Bandon Grammar

Munster Rugby recently hosted a coaching workshop for Bandon Grammar school coaches.

The workshop focussed on the importance of key factor analysis in individual player skill development. This incorporated a practical workshop module on speed and accuracy in passing, continuity and evasion including the technical aspects associated with the breakdown and in particular ball presentation and efficiency.

Munster Rugby would like to thank the Bandon Grammar Senior players who were on hand to deliver the practical element of the workshop.
