Coaching Workshop At Newcastle West & Estuary RFC

Munster Rugby recently hosted a second coaching workshop this season for Newcastle West RFC and Estuary RFC youth coaches.
The workshop focused on key factor analysis during individual skill development through Decision Making, Continuity and Rucking for players at U14 to U17 age grade.
