Coaching Workshop At Newcastlewest RFC

Munster Rugby Coaching Officers recently ran a Coaching Workshop for Stage II age-grade coaches at Newcastlewest RFC.
Six coaches from the Newcastlewest and Estuary underage section attended the two hour course consisting of both indoor and outdoor modules.
The evening began with and introduction to the rugby faculty and technical model allocated to their level of rugby.
One pitch presentations focused on working on continuity, evasion and decision making through general movement.
Munster Rugby would like to thank the Newcastlewest U13 squad who assisted with the practical session and wish them every success in the coming season.
