Coaching Workshop At St Johns Girls National School

Munster Rugby recently held a coaching workshop for teachers at St Johns Girls National School, County Clare.

Modules covered a variety of sample fun games for the teachers to help introduce rugby to the girls while also showing them the importance of planning each session.

The Workshop also highlighted the benefits of coaching in the collective with an emphasis on reduced skill development through fun activities. Coaches were shown different activities to enhance individual skills including the development of agility, balance, coordination and speed in a fun environment.
