Coaching Workshop In Bruff

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Stage 1 Coaching Workshop in Bruff RFC for Coaches from the Mini Section.

In total 16 coaches were present on the night with 17 Players from the Bruff U-10 Side participating in the session which was coordinated by Munster Rugby Community Rugby Staff

The Stage 1 Workshop showed a wide range of sample fun games and skills related to the two General Movement Groups at Stage 1: ‘Players on the Ball’ and ‘Players in Space’.

An introduction showing the concept and importance of physical literacy in the planning of each session was also included.
