Coaching Workshop In Dunmanway

The Munster Rugby Development Department recently held a workshop for the coaches of mini rugby at Dunmanway RFC.
The session was co-ordinated by Munster Community Rugby Officer Ray Gadsden with 10 coaches from the U-8s, U-10s and U12s in attendance.
The coaches each identified an issue to work on with the U-8s focusing on fun warm-ups, the U-10s learning about tackle technique and tackle fall and the U-12s working on pass-catch and re-alignment.
There will be a follow-on workshop in Dunmanway shortly with the emphasis on planning a training session.
Munster Rugby would like to thank everyone at Dunmanway RFC, especially the mini coaches who attended the workshops.
