Munster Rugby ran a technical coaching workshop on the breakdown last evening in Cork Constitution FC.
Hosted by Coach Development Officers Keith Murphy and Ken O’Connell the workshop identified key aspects of evasion, the carry, ball presentation and the clean out rucking techniques.
The club’s U18 players battled through the poor weather conditions to train, putting their newly developed techniques into practice observed by the club’s Stage 2 and Stage 3 coaches.
