Contact Blitz In Thomond RFC

Munster Rugby in association with Thomond RFC recently held a contact blitz for sixth class National School girls and boys.

Five teams from three schools were participating on the day. The purpose of the blitz was to introduce new ""players to contact rugby in a controlled and enjoyable environment.

Schools competing on the day were: Scoil Íde Corbally, Gaelscoil Sáirséal and Caherdavin Boys NS.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Kenneth McNamara of Thomond RFC for hosting the blitz at the newly-refurbished Liam Fitzgerald Park.
