Cork Coaches Attend Lineout Workshop

Munster Rugby Technical Advisor and former Ireland lock Mick O’Driscoll hosted a Lineout Workshop last night at PBC Grounds, Wilton, Cork.

Coach Development Officer Ken O’Connell coordinated the workshop which focused on lineout play for coaches working at stages 2, 3, and 4.

Cork based club and school coaches took part in the course and participated in a questions and answers forum led by Mick O’Driscoll which focused on various lineout techniques specialising in lifting and jumping.

Munster will host two scrum and lineout workshops next Monday, 7th December at Clonmel RFC and Tralee Institute Of Technology.

Former Munster prop Darragh Hurley and ex Munster and Ireland backrow Denis Leamy will host the Clonmel Workshop while former Munster players Colm McMahon and Mike Storey will host the Kerry workshop.

Upcoming workshops are open to all club and schools coaches at stages 2,3, and 4.
