Cork Con Defend Bateman Cup Title

Cork Constitution will travel to Dublin this weekend to take on UCD at Belfield in the All Ireland Bateman Cup semi final.

UCD, who are currently in top position of the All Ireland League, last made the final of the competition in 2014 where they suffered a 19-6 loss to Constitution at Temple Hill.

Cork Constitution are aiming for an incredible four in-a-row of Bateman Cup titles, having claimed last year’s title at home against Clontarf.

Galweigians will take on Ballnahinch in Crowley Park, also on Saturday, in the second semi final.
