Cork Girls Enjoy Blitz In Sun

Munster Rugby recently ran a leprechaun rugby blitz day in glorious sunshine at CIT for students from Colaiste Chraoibhin Fermoy, Midleton College and Ballincollig Community School.

The first and second year students were at the end of a number of weeks of training in their schools and came together to put the skills they had learned into use.

To start the day the teams were coached by Munster Rugby staff before playing a number of games against each other.

At the end of the day the schools received their 'Play Rugby' packs and were delighted to have the chance to see and take pictures with the Women's 6 Nations trophy.
