Cratloe Community Rugby Day

12th November 2009 By Munster Rugby

Cratloe Community Rugby Day

A Community Rugby Day was held in Cratloe, Co. Clare in October with over sixty boys and girls from the local community taking part.

The event was organised by Brian Murphy, Coach of the Cratloe Community Games team, in conjunction with the Munster Rugby Domestic Game Department, represented by Colm McMahon and Fiach O’Loughlin on the day.

Activities included skill development workshops and a Tag Rugby blitz for the under11’s through to the under16’s.

The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all involved and it was a fine reflection on the current popularity of rugby in the county.
