Crescent College Celebrates 150 years

Crescent College is celebrating 150 years of education in Limerick by hosting a number of high profile events including a U/14 rugby tournament taking place over the week-end of 28th and 29th March.

The event was launched on Friday 6th March in the College by well known ex-pupil Munster and Irish International player David Wallace who took time out from his duties with the Grand Slam chasing Irish rugby team to announce details of this sesquicentenary tournament.

This event will see 14 teams from 7 schools playing a blitz style tournament for the Fr Murray and Fr O’ Connell Cups. Participating schools are as follows and we wish all involved a very enjoyable week-end.
