Defence Workshop In Crosshaven

Crosshaven RFC recently hosted a Munster Rugby workshop on defence.
The club's U-18 and adult teams took part in the workshop along with their respective coaches.
The workshop was co-ordinated by Keith Murphy and Finny O'Regan of Munster Rugby and emphasised the key principles of defence.
Areas covered included breakdown defence and open play defence with an emphasis on structure, communication, attitude and discipline.
