Development Workshops Highlight Four Cornerstones

The Munster Rugby Development Department recently hosted two workshops in West Munster at Killarney RFC and Tralee RFC.

The workshops focused on the key skills of the game and highlighted the four cornerstones of catch and pass, decision-making, continuity, and tackle technique / defence.

Coaches and players at stage 2, 3 and 4 of the development process attended and took part in classroom exercises as well as practical sessions on pitch.

Members of the Munster Rugby Development Department, including Fiach O’Loughlin, Ray Gadsden and Euan Gee, hosted the workshops with the help of Killarney’s Tom O’Leary and Tralee’s Simon Keating.
