Dolphin Coaching Workshop Goes Indoor

Munster Rugby recently ran a coaching workshop in Dolphin RFC for all coaches from U13 to senior level.

With the cold and icy conditions prevalent the practical element of the workshop could not proceed on the pitch. Coaches therefore observed an indoor tutorial, based on the theme of ‘developing individual skills’ with an emphasis on ‘general movement’.

The Workshop highlighted the benefits of coaching in the collective based around the general movement philosophy and coaches were shown different activities to develop individual skills.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Dolphin RFC for inviting the Coach Development Department to conduct this Workshop.
