Dolphin Underage Coaches Attend Workshop

Munster Rugby recently ran a Coaching Workshop in Dolphin RFC for the Club’s underage coaches.
The workshop was based on ‘best practice’ at the Breakdown with the emphasis on efficiency and precision. The main areas of discussion were based on ball presentation and rucking efficiently.
The club’s U17 team took part in the practical element of the workshop focussing on the module ‘giving life to the ball’.
